What is BOX2THEBEAT?
Box2TheBeat is a high energy class for ALL abilities. We Box to the BEST of the drum&bass, 90s and current pop songs to get you in the boxing spirit! Please do not worry if you have never boxed before or ensure how to because this is what this class is all about!
The sessions are 45 minutes and £5 for the session.
